Communication is key – we speak to our customers through whatever channels are most convenient for them. Normally we speak with the customer daily whilst we are on the job. Although whilst making decisions on aspects of the job we make sure the decisions are in writing, normally on email so that there is a paper trail to say that both parties have agreed to said decisions. The client also has phone numbers for who to call if they have any issues or simply have any queries about the project.

Depending on the size of the project, we usually take a small deposit (£1000) to secure a date to commence work, the deposit would then be deducted from the first bill. We then take 10% of the contract value to be to be paid on completion of the project, this gives the customer some security and we also do this to show an element of trust on our behalf that we will ensure your job is finished to the highest level. The remaining balance is split into fortnightly payments while the project is ongoing.
