Loft conversion, single story extension and refurbishment

This project involved a loft conversion, a single-storey kitchen extension and a full refurbishment of the existing house, transforming it into a bright, modern family home inside and out.

​

The loft conversion added valuable extra space, while the new single-storey kitchen extension opened up the rear of the property to create a more open, practical layout for everyday living. Internally, the whole house was refurbished, with updated finishes and layouts to improve flow, comfort and functionality throughout.

Alongside the building works, some landscaping was carried out to tie the house and garden together, creating a more usable and inviting outdoor space. The result is a well-balanced home that feels fresh, spacious and designed for modern family life.
