Full House Renovation & Extensions​

 

This project involved a number of extensions to turn the existing house into a spacious, comfortable home for a multi-generational family. The layout was reworked to create four double bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, and a separate living space that allows the client’s mother to live independently while still being close to the rest of the family.

The original house was taken back to brick so we could significantly upgrade the insulation. This was an important step for the client, who wanted to future-proof the home with an air source heat pump and solar panels. Alongside the extensions, the project also included a complete re-roof.

Four new bathrooms were installed and the exterior was finished with a fresh render, giving the property a clean, modern look. The end result is a practical, energy-efficient home designed for modern family living, built with quality and longevity in mind.
