Full House Renovation & Extensions​

 

This project involved a full renovation and extension of an existing home, designed to improve both the layout and the overall look of the property. The works included a double-storey extension to the front and a single-storey extension to the rear, carefully designed to sit naturally with the original building.

From the very beginning, we worked closely with the client and their interior designer to make sure the design vision was carried through every stage of the build. Inside, major structural changes allowed us to open up the space and create a large, open-plan kitchen and living area. The home now includes four new bathrooms, an additional WC, a bespoke kitchen, and a separate utility room, all finished to a high standard.

The project also included a full re-roof, improving both durability and long-term performance. The end result is a bright, modern family home that combines practical design with quality craftsmanship.
